Below you’ll find answers to the most frequently asked questions about our women’s crown headbands, ordering process, delivery, payments, and returns.
🛍️ Ordering & Products
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our online store, select your desired crown headband, choose color or style options, and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout and complete your purchase securely. You can check out as a guest or create an account for faster future purchases.
Q: Can I customize my crown headband?
A: Yes! Many of our headbands are available in a variety of colors, designs, and embellishments. Customization options are shown on each product page.
Q: What if the headband I want is out of stock?
A: If a product is unavailable, it will be marked as “Out of Stock.” You can contact our support team at support@bronstoregrp.com to get restock updates or recommendations for similar designs.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
A: If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at +49 162 874 9453 or support@bronstoregrp.com. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship?
A: Bronstoregrp currently ships to all addresses within Germany. For multiple headband orders, we offer standard parcel delivery services.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A:
Processing Time: 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive an estimated delivery date at checkout and a confirmation once your headband is dispatched.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking link and estimated delivery time.
Q: What should I do if my headband is damaged upon arrival?
A: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there’s visible damage, refuse the package or note it with the delivery carrier. If you discover damage later, contact us within 48 hours at support@bronstoregrp.com, including your order number and photos of the damage.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. Our entire website uses SSL encryption to protect your data. We never store your full credit card details.
Q: Which currency will I be charged in?
A: All prices and payments are processed in EUR (€).
🔁 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns on most unused and undamaged crown headbands within 14 days of delivery, in their original packaging. Custom-made or special-order headbands are non-returnable, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
Q: How do I initiate a return?
A: To start a return, please email support@bronstoregrp.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RMA) and further instructions. Please do not send items back without authorization.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: We only replace headbands that arrive damaged or defective. For other reasons (such as size or color preference), please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
